Switching from Runkeeper

Switch from Runkeeper.
Keep every mile.

Your runs since day one are part of who you are. Cursa brings your whole Runkeeper history with you — and it stays yours.

For iPhone and Apple Watch. iOS 26 or later.

Ten years of runs isn't lock-in. It's how you got here.

The reason you've stayed on Runkeeper isn't the app. It's the years inside it.

Maybe you started in 2013. Maybe earlier. Every early-morning run, every race, every year you kept going — it added up to the runner you are now. That history is part of who you are, and no one should have to abandon it to try something better.

So with Cursa, you don't. Your runs come with you. All of them.

Your whole Runkeeper history, in two passes.

Most of it is already on your phone. The rest is one upload away.

Pass 1 — Apple Health

Everything Runkeeper ever synced is already here.

If Runkeeper synced to Apple Health — and for most runners it has since 2014 — Cursa already has it. On your first sign-in, Cursa reads your full Apple Health activity log: every run, route, pace, and heart rate any app ever wrote there. It shows you what it found before you do anything else.

Pass 2 — Runkeeper export

The early years come home too.

For the runs from before Apple Health existed, or anything that never synced, Runkeeper gives you your data on request — it's required to. Upload that export once. Cursa folds it into your history and lines it up against what's already there, so you don't end up with doubles. The 2013 runs that predate the iPhone's Health app come home with the rest.

Import takes about a minute. Your Runkeeper account stays exactly where it is.

What you actually leave behind.

Not your runs. The boilerplate plans that started on Monday no matter what. The voiceover that wore thin years ago. The Apple Watch sync that kept breaking. The monthly bill for features you'd half-forgotten you were paying for.

Your history is the one thing worth keeping. It's also the one thing that comes with you. What you leave behind is everything you'd been working around.

And it stays yours.

Cursa holds your running life. It doesn't hold it hostage. Your history is yours to keep and yours to take — no support ticket, no barriers, no asking permission.

If Cursa ever stops being the right place for you, your history leaves with you. We keep the door open both ways. That's the difference between a home for your running and a place that traps it — and after Runkeeper, you already know which one matters.

Bring your runs home.
